The service requests are distributed according to two main criteria:
If more than one partner qualifies for the service request based on their skills and location, a ranked list is calculated for distribution. The following criteria are included in the calculation of the ranking list:
- Skill-Level: The partner with the highest skill level is preferred
- Kundenbewertungen: The partner with the best ratings is preferred
The service request is offered to a partner exclusively for 2 minutes according to the above criteria. If he does not accept this, the request is also offered to the partner with the second highest score for the next 2 minutes, then after another 2 minutes to the partner with the third highest score, and so on. As long as the service request is not accepted, it is accessible to all partners who have received it.
