On the 30th January 2020, the World Health Organisation (WHO) stated the coronavirus disease as a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC).
In this context, Mila is asking all clients and Mila partners to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves when meeting up for completing the service. In addition, Mila strongly urge its community to regularly review their local authorities and health advisories to mitigate the contagion risk.

Each client and Mila partner must comply with their local regulations, or follow at least these measures:

wearing protective mask and gloves
carefully washing hands, devices and tools required for the completion of the service
disinfecting the partner’s smartphone before the client signs on it
ensuring social distancing at all times (no hand-shaking)

SPECIAL - When completing Amazon services:
Stay at home if you or the client displays symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough or breathing difficulties)
Wear at all times during the service either a disposable face mask or reusable cloth face
Use hand sanitisers and wipes throughout the appointment with a method of disposal (rubbish bin/bag)
Wash hands with soap and water as frequently as possible, especially after using the bathroom, before eating or drinking, after coughing or sneezing, before touching the face
Avoid touching your face
Wash all work clothing (including gloves and hats used for warmth; reusable face coverings) at the end of each day
Always cover coughs and sneezes with the elbow or use a tissue
Follow social distancing guidelines when inside the customer’s home
Upon completion of the job, please avoid asking the customer to sign on your screen tablet/smartphone. Instead, verbally confirm the job completion and proceed with the job completion form directly in front of the customer on their behalf.
