You are an official Amazon / Mila Partner
Please remember that you represent Amazon and Mila at the customer's home in addition to your own company. This gives you the chance to create a great experience on behalf of all three companies at our joint customer.

The Mila App is your personal assistant
Please confirm the final time of the service with the customer, no longer than 12 hours after accepting the service. The app will guide you through the entire process of service order processing until the check-out. Due to the special situation with COVID-19, make sure to respect additional measures, as thoroughly explained here.

If the customer wants something different from what he has ordered
The service includes the service as described in the package including travel. If the customer has different expectations from the service, or you are unable to carry out the service for other reasons, please contact us via chat, available from the App, or by email to [email protected] or by phone at 020 3808 4619 (Mon - Fri 8AM - 5PM).
