As a Mila Dispatcher, you receive the service requests on your email. In each notification, you have a link that directly redirects you to your FSM Light space, in order to accept or decline the service.

The email and password that are required are the ones you have indicated when registering. These credentials remain the same for the partner portal and the Mila App.
