Payment methods differ between partner types and client preferences.
All Mila services payouts are done on the IBAN account you have indicated in your partner portal.

Mila Friend in Switzerland, Germany, France or Austria

When booking the service, the client is given the possibility to choose between invoice and credit card payment methods.

invoice: after successfully closing the service via the Mila App, Mila sends an invoice (in your name) to the client. In the meantime, you receive an invoice for the Mila commission.
credit card: you receive the payout right after you successfully close the service via the Mila App. The Mila commission is already deducted from this payout.

As a Mila Friend in the listed countries, you are responsible to gather the payout when payment by invoice has been selected. You must also pay back the Mila commission.

Mila Pro in Switzerland, Germany, France or Austria

When booking the service, the client is given the possibility to choose between invoice and credit card payment methods.

As a Mila Pro and subcontractor of Mila, you are guaranteed to receive the payout. Therefore, regardless of the payment method selected by the client, you receive the payout in the 30 days following the closing of the service via the Mila App. This way, you receive each Tuesday an email with a payout receipt which lists all services that are getting paid.

Mila Pro or Mila Friend in the United Kingdom

The only payment method currently available is by credit card.

Accordingly, you receive the payout directly after you successfully close the service via the Mila App. The Mila commission is already deducted from that payout. However, note that for Amazon services, you will receive your payout 30 days after completion of the service.
